The Fabricator Team Member will create and assemble metal products and components. The Fabricator Team Member will use a variety of tools and equipment, including saws, drill presses, grinders, and welding equipment.  Sets up, edits, and operates different machines within our company adhering to our specifications and internal and customer-driven quality standards and scheduling requirements in a metal fabrication environment. Experience with programing and maintenance of industrial style welding robots a plus. 

The accountant position is a highly independent accounting position responsible for the completion of all accounts receivable/payable functions according to procedures and practices established by Management.  The accountant will prepare and examine financial records, identify potential areas of opportunity and risk, and provide solutions for business. They ensure that financial records are accurate, that financial and data risks are evaluated, and that taxes are paid properly.

As the Sales & Marketing Coordinator, your job duties include contributing to the development of marketing campaigns, ensuring that the print and online presence of the company is up-to-date and effective, preparing scripts and sales pitches for sales associates, and creating sales reports to evaluate performance.

As the Design Engineer you will identify complex design problems, conduct root-cause failure analyses, and anticipate production issues. This employee will also develop innovative design solutions, evaluate options, conduct tests, and implement solutions to meet timing, product cost and reliability targets.

Responsible for packaging and delivery of freight and ground packages. Responsible for department costs and reporting. Must possess effective communication skills and attention to detail. Must be able and willing to train and work independently and in a team environment. Job requires the ability to lift heavy objects. This is a physically demanding position. Must possess basic computer skills. 

This position will be in charge of purchasing supplies and material necessary for the production of JWM's product. This requires a highly driven and organized individual. Computer skills, ERP experience, Excel background preferred. Ability to work independently and in a team. Ability to communicate clearly in multiple formats, produce reports, and follow procedures a must. Minimum of 3 years work experience required. 

As a Machinist for JWM your role will be to manufacture parts on both CNC and manual machines. You must be able to maintain tolerances and follow quality control measures.  An interest in programing is a plus. Ability to hit manufacturing goals, work independently and in a team, and have clear written and verbal communication necessary.
